I will use it as a free service (assuming you are monetizing the site with ads).For me the colors are fine based on a buyer perspective; also it is probably easier to sell ads for a site that attracts buyers than sellers.

You have to determine the economic strength of the area today and going forward, the demand for this particular location and type of unit, and what type of tenant they will attract.

Through the process of doing seven deals in the last 5 months, a few folks I know have noticed and expressed serious interest getting in on deals; i.e. invest money with me rather than try to figure how to compete in the same space.Previously I've passed on some attractive larger opportunities as I was not willing to commit the cash to get into the deal.

I was thinking of doing research for properties similar to the ones he has developed. find out the population facts in that area and then suggest a development that might work well in that land. i even know how to use auto cad and 3ds max, i was going to make a rendering of the development i had in my mind, even a branding identity for the development because I'm also really good at branding, i used to free lance
