I ask because I don't see many listings online that don't include much detail...and wondering if I should.All 18+ applicants must complete the application and pay the application fee.Credit score of 700+, No bills in collection.Steady employment or other acceptable source of regular income for 3+ years.Gross monthly income at least 3.5 times the monthly rental rate.Monthly payment Debt-to-gross-income ratio no higher than 40%.

I'm wondering if its worth the headache and cost of trying to get another tenant in as little as 3 months.Any past experiences with this would be helpfulThanksDave

There's not really enough information to give a good answer, but I can suggest, reduce your coverage, increase your deductible, and have your tenants get their own renter's insurance.Maybe not "top" tips ...

Wondering if anyone has experience extracting information from PDFs of Tax Delinquencies / Code Violations.It is really tedious to copy the information out, and trying to find the properties and owner information manually.What sort of tools do you use?

I just wonder if it will be nation-wide or only in select states.
