Multifamily, Mobile Home Parks, Self Storage are my primary goals, but anything income producing is also on the radar.My experience has been that when I inquire about a property on loopnet, cityfeet seems like only 50% of the time the listing agent actually responds?

I am basing it off of rent my neighbors in the unit pay, pricing I have seen on my street..and the unit being top-floor, newly renovated, parking included, near the lake, and in-unit laundry/storage. 

Looking to get a general consensus on ROI for building new storage units.

Looking at buying SFH, but would rather get into storage units if I could or multi family.

But if all that sounds like too much work/uncertainty you could just put a curtain around the shower and toilet and the tenet can use that space for storage, game room, workshop, etc.

Now my husband has told them to leave them in the hallway and we'd pick them up to put in our storage. 

We were in your shoes a few months ago as well and also pursuing the same strategy.

I will just find a way, just as I find a way to shift my business to adapt to market changes.Interesting perspective on rain water storage.. we do the same the Portland metro area. 

We've also converted the lower level to vehicle/motorcycle storage in the winter to generate extra income.
