Round Rock is a HOT real estate market and the homes in our neighborhood have been selling right away with multiple offers well above asking price.

Just wanted to see what local real estate investor groups there are in the Rock TX, Austin metro area.

This is a riverfront property so depending on tide it could be 2 foot drop into water or 5 foot drop onto rocks.

Now our next wonder is we have heard of LLCs and other things and wondering if we keep rocking with what we have and are doing or if we need to move to the LLC world. 

It'seeasy to tell to find rockstar agent when in fact most of the agents like that don't like to work with newbies and the deals they make is because seasoned investors have done it by themselves.

To the left of that you have affordable housing all the way down to 700 and below that you have sub-standard housing.On the right side you have 4 star and 5 star going up to 2000. and above that you have the luxury market from 2k to 5k.
