What elections have you made for tax purposes?

When you elect to choose section 8 you do give up certain things such as a mandatory inspection and have to coordinate most violations and what not through them.

I am an insurance agent, income tax preparer, landlord and President of the Illinois REIA. 

For sure Luiz Munoz gets by far the most traffic, however I did see an encouraging article that Rafael Hernandez airport (northwest of the island) recently set a record for the most visitors it has ever seen! 

I am also in Georgia and was wondering if you elected to move forward using RMLOs despite the cost.  

If you elect to have an LLC taxed as an S or C-corp you can pay yourself wages that are only by themselves subject to Social Security and Medicare as opposed to paying it on all earnings as you would as a sole proprietor.There are also some other benefits such as a corporation would allow you to contribute more matching contributions to your solo 401k.

I've called a few elected officials our family has helped in the past. 

Many are raising prices in hopes of making a it on the mad "out of the stock market" into the hard asset Real Estate market as of the election, either way its crystal ball stuff for now, at least till after the election.Market Report click
