Hello, BP,One of my friends invested in a pre-funded 1st lien rehab loan in Patchogue, NY with one crowdfunding platform (many bpers are familiar with this platform ) , the loan has missed payment since March, 2016, but the crowdfunding platform has kept updating the status as the house under contract, or loan payoff pending, 6 months passed, but it has not acted diligently to resolved the problem, or it has not started foreclosure process.The crowdfunding platform does not get back to the investor after couple emails and phone calls.So what can investor do in this case?
