This is my last set of questions I promise lol.

Previous system lasted 17 years.My buddy is wondering which system will be better long term.

I bought my second property last year, and hope to make it work for a third this year.

Some are in excellent shape and will last much longer.We have all fabic, made in the USA couches and chairs in our lake house and they still look great after 7 years.

I have had clients that did not know this house was vacant 4 months caught fire burnt to the ground .. first thing the adjuster does is interview the neighbors and ask when was the last time anyone was living there.. so same thing here with the freeze you need builders risk / vacant home rider  in these situations. 

One of my clients has an etrade with about 650K in securities - 350k LOC at 7.25% last I checked with him two weeks ago. 

For a bit people thought STR Insights would pass up Airdna, until last fall Airdna rolled out many new features which helped to keep them as the best.

The area around the properties have really grown over the last 20 years, and has been cleaned up quite a bit.

Just outside of a great market that has been stable through the last few recessions... 

I know there have been a lot of predictions regarding Grand Rapids market over the last 2 years or so.
