I am in town for a short time only and am hoping to meet some friendly BP family members.

Hopefully I'll make a friend or two on here as well. 

It's been great to have a free place to live... but truly hasn't saved me a ton of money if I were to get a rental with a couple of friend TBH.

I am currently working to do my due diligence to learn about and invest in my first property (ideally by early this coming new year) with a friend of mine.

After spending multiple nights seeing this, while partying and drinking with friends, I ended up falling for the "try it out for 30 days risk free. 

I have a section 8 tenant in oakland and she is horrifying and I can't remove her because California laws are tenant friendly.

find a partner, close friends and families, that can lend you money and may be interested in RE.
