Amazingly, the painted paneling looks fantastic.

I have 12 banks or so in my area and it amazed me how different each bank is.

Over the phone rates quotes do not mean squat in commercial.Until they have a package on the property or properties and have underwritten the asset the rate is likely to re-trade much higher and require more down to do the loan.So just do not believe you will get this amazing rate.
