I love it when someone is in default and says “I just won’t sign the release, nothing they can do”.....it is an indication of being clueles.

I couldn’t deal with the false promises and paying individuals to do nothing.

Do you think that will affect (lower) the rate you can get per night if you have to list the property indicating that someone will be on site with your guests?

I am looking at a vacant property in my target neighborhood and from what county records indicate, the subject property has been used as collateral for the owner to purchase their primary residence. 

Apartments can often offer something individual owners have tough time doing....free rent....recently saw a sign in uptown offering 4-8 weeks of free rent....OUCH.
