I'll bet you there are SFR's on the market in Edmonton that you could put what's left of your equity down on and have a cash flowing investment out of it.

To WIN the game you have to understand it fully first.If you do not the banks will take advantage.

I'd say your best bet is to call some local realtors and ask who does property management there if anyone.

It's all about relationships and creating win-win situations, so speak to your agents like you're trying to help him/her help you, if that makes sense.. but when you do find an agent that understand your mindset and your needs, I recommend giving him/her this guide!
