Keep working, buy a house to flip, go through the process of rehabbing it after work, on weekends, etc, get it sold, reap the rewards.

Looked at a couple properties over the weekend that showed promise.

The past few flips have been within a mile of our Arvada home, which has been extremely convenient for both myself (who works full time and can only help nights/weekends) as well as Mike, who can run home for lunch or over to the job to meet the trades.

And is that something that can be done primarily on nights and weekends??

He also uses it as a weekend getaway from Orange County.

@Jeremy Wirths initially my plan is to renovate and then rent out rooms for the weekend etc.
