I pulled the public records and searched "poor" condition homes and organized the list, as you mentioned, by last list date.

The ultimate goal is to build a legacy to leave to a future child and to have the freedom to go where we want, when we want, with one addendum: charitable donations to organizations that really do help those they're claiming to help.
