Realtors/Brokers: Does any of you consider valuable a unique website that differentiates from others, instead of using the same templates that can be found online by web/SEO companies? 

Basically, I find what’s working already, and then improve upon AND make it unique.

No doubt there are individuals in this and many other RE niches or other industries entirely who will experience an "implosion" but to be so dramatic about an entire industry is nonsense.
