I no longer consider prequalified letter from bank as something to be trusted.

Think about working with a mailing list broker to make some suggestions.Also be sure that the list you get has been run through the National Change of Address (NCOA) so you don't waste printing a postage mailing to bad addresses.

I know from experience so far that quality contractors are hard to find in this area, so if you have worked with any you like and trust on a rehab project and don't mind sharing I would love to know who they are.

Is this even legal for them to do (we've been told it sounds sketchy and that they are trying to "double dip") and what is the best way to address this?

THey were saying you pay a little money a month to have mail sent there and then forwarded to your regular address.

I also know that many people did not trust banks at the time, because they were all run by white people. 

Does anyone know someone trust worthy and client oriented?
