Sometimes you might strike a good deal on the outskirts/ adjoining cities of these towns wherein they can enjoy the schools of these cities but reside in a different township. there are some good townhomes to be obtained in $150-200K (you might also get sometimes better deals) range in each of these areas that can be then resold/ rented for long term.

I am from the island I am there 70% of the year just set up an air bnb In a town la parguera. very touristic and hard to purchase area. if anyone is looking to invest anywhere on the island I am here to assist and help anyway I can.

Again living at the location, so please factor in that Nashville has a strong sellers market and I do not want to live in a bad area or really far from town.
