Sometimes you might strike a good deal on the outskirts/ adjoining cities of these towns wherein they can enjoy the schools of these cities but reside in a different township. there are some good townhomes to be obtained in $150-200K (you might also get sometimes better deals) range in each of these areas that can be then resold/ rented for long term. 

. :-) I'm sure what I am proposing will not likely be taken well and the lead in was my telling them that it's no secret that there are other PMs in this town and that I have spoken with a few.

I guess I don't blame most people for not knowing it, I have not met a local attorney in my town who knows it. 

I have heard mixed reviews for basically every company in town really best option is to interview them and see who fits best.

Also, consider that energy corridor is more like energy town because of what people include in it these days.

Down side it was in a little podunk town about 25 minutes from my house. that really didn't command much rent. 

My wife and I use Google Voice so that we can redirect the phone number when we are out of town. 

I am currently out of town, but if there are any in a couple of weeks, I can attend. 

I am from the island I am there 70% of the year just set up an air bnb In a town la parguera. very touristic and hard to purchase area. if anyone is looking to invest anywhere on the island I am here to assist and help anyway I can.

Again living at the location, so please factor in that Nashville has a strong sellers market and I do not want to live in a bad area or really far from town.
