A lot of the cabinet companies can ID the maker of the cabinets by looking at the door style.

Make sure they come close to the actual property's attributes(ie size,style,# beds/bath)

All the profits are in working capital or rentals, not life-style.

Some gurus (like Richard Roop in his Free and Clear Course) teach investors (among other things) to get interest-free loans from sellers of free and clear houses.I guess my (ethical) dilemma is not in the asking for and getting 0%.

This does create a negative impression of the U.S. when someone first lands here although, after being here for a while, you realize that this style of speech seems harmless for the most part and could just be a cultural thing.b) The bigger puzzle for me is why politicians and the media overwhelmingly portray the police as wonderful people who sacrifice so much for society, etc.

After some experience, you'll know what is expected in similar homes of similar size, style, location and price range, knowing that comps will support what you contemplate doing, at that point, you'll but, cut wood and throw paint, finish it, pull your comps and justify your value.Good luck with it!
