I do have a contract which states 1/2 to begin job and 1/2 on completion of the job.I would appreciate any thoughts you have on this situation and how you have handled similar issues in the past.Thank so much April

There was an issue with the HOA and the resort not actually having a pool in place at the time (they were planning on rebuilding) and we backed out.  

All the things they offer are services you can do yourself; email the cleaners, message the guests (which requires you give them your Airbnb login info), contact service providers if there's an issue, but not from a network of providers, just Google apparently.

The bigger issue is you need the ability to manage the entire process. 

If you have leads but no deals, it may be a conversion or sales issue.

I think it depends on the department and could lead to liability issues, but I've seen it done.

The 30 days has expired, and he is now claiming the house has mold and other issues that have not been addressed.
