I wouldn't be surprised if some of the large builders buy large tracts of land 10 years or more before they build on them.

Thanks for everyone. i guess when he purchased the property someone told them, that when they sell they will get whats in escrow as well, but since he sold to me i would think that along with the maintenance, repairs and any other surprises this property comes it, it should also come with the Escrow balance as well!

Another thing you should consider is. to get your financing settled, if necessary, and get a loan letter that states the average time to close a loan and the maximum amount of a loan that you  qualified for.Another pretty important thing to consider is an office location that is convenient and has minimal distractions.

If you are used to working and managing property for actual "investors" who make sound decisions based on what's best for the financial health of their properties you may be in for a bit of a surprise with HOA Boards.

We put a sign out front and surprisingly, had a few people stop to inquire about the property.
