It's probably not as a category, but in direction of applying the intent of regulation.I spent years reading and studying regulations, I may not remember someone's name 5 minutes after meeting them (depends on how impressed I was, LOL) I've always had trouble with names, but I can remember text for decades, it depends on how impressed I was.
