It's probably not as a category, but in direction of applying the intent of regulation.I spent years reading and studying regulations, I may not remember someone's name 5 minutes after meeting them (depends on how impressed I was, LOL) I've always had trouble with names, but I can remember text for decades, it depends on how impressed I was.

Now one last thing I was looking over the sold comps and discovered that the highest sold comp that was a remodel and is beautiful and is a 3br 2 ba just like this one sold at 134,900.

@Davion Riley I would identify what area of buy-and-hold real estate you like most then study up on it by researching posts on BP, attending seminars and speaking to people who are in the particular area.
