The big influencers on social are still talking about forbearance and foclosures - if I do some napkin math and divide it by 50 States, that additional inventory (most will sell, not forclose) will not amount to enough to fill the market.How will we get out of the inventory shortage?

Thank you.Frankly you buy D class in any market and you will get a lesson.. its a tough way to go unless its your life mission and a full time JOB.. just sayin.. like I mentioned I owned 350 of these homes and if for one minute I thought the juice was worth the squeeze I would not have sold the whole mary ann 5 years ago..

My question is how far off the first are they, I have heard of some tenants on social security or pensions that don't get paid until the 3rd or 4th and most landlords are happy to work with them as they have guaranteed income.
