Floors slope, there is a addition on the back of the house that includes the kitchen, two bedrooms and a barroom that is two stories and I don't know if it was permitted.

Long story short ( I know .. too late)  The guy was a real nice guy, an investor and very interested in coming to the meetups - we talked for a little but soon he had to go  -  so we said our goodbyes and he got into is car and left.

I try to maintain the relationship to continue to collect whatever I can each day/week depending on their story.

Mine is a bit high but I have had seven knee surgeries , one shoulder surgery.

It may be a different story for vacant properties in good shape.

Long story short neither he nor his former employer paid taxes and the IRS contacted my former employee.  

It's in the same parking lot as the main BP building, in a two story puke green building.

With that said I also find it confusing, as one street can be nice but the next two or three streets over could be another story. 

Of course, if you have family, friends or Angel investors lined up...completely different story.2.
