(Afterwards he went hiking close by me in the mountains) He was thorough and knowledgeable and explained to me that while half of my system was used up if I fixed what was going on with it using a regular septic company it should last another 20-25 years because it would begin functioning properly and the full side would recover partially and be somewhat usable to work in tandem with the other “good” side again.

There are several groups that meetup regularly.

I'm able to do minor repairs but would likely need to outsource to a property management team for regular maintenance as my 9-5 has me on the road (post covid).  

We do have 1 spot in front of the house, but there are regularly issues with others pushing into the spot.

We just launched our LLC in NY and we are trying to navigate whether we need to obtain a real estate license in order to manage (co-host) properties for other owners.

I am not big on regular office as there is no STICKINESS as a I call it with a tenant.

Do most use regular banks or other lenders.

I will likely host here at RentMonster when we get enough people.
