List price on SS really has very little meaning, if any.I have seen agents list 500K homes for 85K just to create interests to an open house and right after that adjusted.I have also seen agents list 399K for 200K homes because they already have a buyer, then with no interest no showing they systematically lower it 50K every week on the MLS so they can tell the lender the lack of interest and their progressive price adjustments and justify the price their pocket buyers want to pay.

With talks of the economy taking off a little but sputtering again office could take another hit from it's small recovery versus other more vital trades.People would like an office outside their house but they do not need it versus a restaurant for example where you need a space to sell to patrons in many cases.
