I'm guessing the objections (and horror) of others in this thread comes from the OP's seemingly random selection of the vacant residential property.  

Some other random goals are hitting 500,000 views a month on my blog, buying an Aston Martin v8 and working towards getting an exotoc car dealership. 

We did use transunion smartmove which gives a random tenant score that I cant really decipher and I don't really trust (not only that but they have no support to call for help with these reports).

You will have evictions or tenants that just randomly leave one day.

Consistency... who will make more results in a gym... the person who lifts weights for 5 hours, 10 random times... or the person who only has 10 minutes a day but goes for a 10 minute jog, every single day, 7 days a week for six months?

Look, Carlos, you and I can rattle off tickers and say "it's easy, just pickup some CRF, CLM, sell some covered calls and keep em where it's just accelerated income, reinvest but not on the drip because catching the highs you want the pre-drip lows, then do some put's with calls to insulate....." and the average person is now wondering if we are just scrambling random words or if they actually mean something...... 

Now we have to put a random rental house vs Apple...I guess you could beat with a lot of work, money and time but why bother vs Apple set it and forget it. 

The Parks Dept has approached us several time asking if we would be interested in selling and several other random people.

Maybe others got burned in the past by companies who only acted as agents or pushed the buyer off on some random property manager after the sale?
