I am slowly moving my investments into more passive vehicles and have only invested in discounted note funds so far.  

I believe there are people looking for places/vehicles to invest.

Today when I stopped by to drop off some things I noticed an additional vehicle in the garage, which I imagine is his since the woman and her daughters are the only tenants in my two family at this point.  

Taunton, Fall River, etc) have moved and are looking to move to Brockton to be closer to the job market (easy access to Boston through BAT bus and commuter rail stop). 

(Not turning $1 in .95 cents to hopefully make $1.05 in 30 years) There are much better vehicles for making money. 

The PM LLC can charge mgmt fees to the owner LLC so it has income and you should be able to generate plenty of expenses (vehicle, etc.)  

I currently drive one of my parent's vehicles and help with the insurance.

The vehicles do not run and there are 2 of them.  

On the street in the past 5 years, most of the calls are suspicious behavior, noise complaints, etc with a few motor vehicle burglaries and one auto theft.
