Most tax sale property resales do not fall within that definition.Even if there were a misstatement as to outstanding redemption rights, that is not a fact but a legal opinion, so it does not fall within the definition of fraud.

My misc is larger than most for various reasons including expensive umbrella policy (for various reasons I expect my umbrella to possibly be near highest on BP per the amount of coverage and I have decent amount of coverage).Net yearly income: If it had never been refinanced it would be having outstanding cash flow.

When wanting to purchase a tax deed from a owner that is behind in taxes in the state of Texas, Can I pay-off the outstanding taxes and take ownership of the deed immediately on HC-TAX.net website, so I can eliminate competition at the auction or do I have to get in contact with the owner in order to get the deed prior to the auction and reach an agreement with him/her?

i know someone that got two houses for "free" as long as she paid the outstanding taxes. not sure how much that was.now she rents them for $500/month each.
