They are in Florida they dnt have enough man power if somebody had a deal in new York or some where.

Podio in itself is dead simple and powerful.

While I cannot require that, the power of suggestion helps often and the results are incredible!

I'm just assuming here but the more work that needs to be done to a property the more negotiating power you have to lower the purchase price right?
