Okay, look at the Book and Page number of the filing of your last deed to the property and you will generally see the closing agent/title company who notarized the deed, ask the clerk in the Recorder's Office who that notary works with or look them up through the Secretary fo State for notary registrations.

There are a lot of banks that will now do FHA loans immediately, so ask around to a couple loan officers or brokers and find a bank or two that will do an FHA loan without any time restriction; most of the regional banks will do these, but even big banks like Wells Fargo are now doing them.

If that's the case, it's usually much quicker (instantaneous in some cases) to deliver the deed personally to the county recorder's office and get it stamped/recorded over the counter.
