I've noticed I have to take some of the older ones with a grain of salt because of the changing market conditions, but I would recommend starting at the very beginning, or at least checking out older episodes as you wait for the latest one to come out.

I just noticed that most people who are consultants say "they provide the proper paperwork" and my question was do they just provide blank documents or do also provide an example of the documents filled out.

As of now, I do not know what is a good deal or how to calculate repairs or ARV but i believe it will come in time.Through trial and error, i notice what is working and what is not.
