Please explain how it works...the mechanics, in detail. 

Recently graduated, I am Mobile Platforms Software Engineer already looking to make a career advancement into Real Estate investing.I have already found a great mentor that is a contractor and has done a lot of flips, and a real estate agent with just as much experience to work with!

I have sold residential homes on land contract for seller financing but are not for sure if I would do a similar contract for a mobile home for documentation that they  would receive title at the balloon payment and to make sure any repairs are their responsibilities?

Where you can use them, bandit signs will generate a lower cost per call than direct mail, AdWords, or door hangers.One issue - with any outdoor signage including billboards - is you never know who's going to call - so plan on talking to people with no equity, upside down, mobile homes, whatever.  

Could you even go to an automotive detailing shop and have your entire car wrapped as a large mobile advertisement? 

The only difference is the mechanism by which they get paid.  

If it is  a mechanical failure or you had an issue that inconvenienced her because of a mechanical failure that is what I think she is looking to be paid back for and what I would do would depend on the situation.
