We know that this will be a great building for a 15-20 apartment complex, and that if we don't jump on it, someone else certainly will, as several other local developers have had great success converting old government and manufacturing buildings into similar high end rental properties already. 

I think the inflation we're experiencing in this market is actually because of the anticipated growth of the industrial sector in Mobile with the new Airbus manufacturing plant, and consequently an expected growth in the residential and commercial demand on the Eastern shore of Mobile bay in combination with the national real estate trend to higher prices.

Also, are you talking mobiles in parks, or manufactured homes on foundations and land?

There's a lot more business and manufacturing coming into the city and surrounding suburbs and the medical infrastructure in Cleveland is booming, supplying a lot of good paying jobs where tenants will pay top market rent.
