Investors from CA,AZ,NV are often seeking a reprieve from the density and anxiety of urban living and the Oregon Coast offers ocean, rivers, lakes, dunes, mountains and outdoor activities year round to unplug (or plug in?).

On a recent home purchase, I submitted an offer and I was told there were no offers on the home when I submitted mine.

As an active investor I “work” a note or “create” high yielding investments of notes, and as a passive investor I invest in my note fund and syndications under the same terms offered our investors. 

What helped me build confidence were the following:-Listening to as many podcasts including BP as possible-Utilizing the miracle morning routine daily-Read as many real estate investing books that I could get my hands on-Attending as many local real estate meetups as possible-Finding a mentor that was doing what I wanted to do at a larger scale and providing him immense value so he would take me under his wing-Starting my own local real estate meetup-Walk as many properties as possible and make offers.

I can't imagine that investing a high crime area as a legal STR, could be profitable in LV.   

Two of the homes are over 25yrs old, and offer the upside potential to renovate and increase rents to market once the current tenants move.Question to this community is, are there any recommendations for lenders in this deal size and in this area?

I would use the terms, "I can offer a fair deal, not a lowball one."

Schwab offers almost exactly the same products and I like them both. 

He offered me $2k to remove them amd never talk about him ahain but wanted me to sign such a messed up contract.
