Misspellings occur occasionally in document recording references, and sometimes the name the document is recorded in is slightly different....first name/middle initial/last name, first initial/middle name/last name, middle name only/last name, etc. ......almost got burned by this a couple of times.

I work a full time job now but im looking to change that in the near future.

But I've used him on smaller jobs.

As far as my plans with townhome, my fiancé and I have done a good job renovating the place.

In my search for knowledge and aquiring first hand and realistic education, I think a job in real estate may help me learn faster and come with more 'aha' moments.

Ironically, it can be difficult to obtain loans for a property as an agent because lenders are leery of the self-employed with commission income, however, if you finish college, get a good W2 job, and have decent credit, lenders will line up to give you money, assuming that you are going into a field that is in demand.I admire you wanting to start investing at a young age, I wish I would have started investing in real estate in my early twenties instead of misspending my youth on debauchery.

I am leaning towards getting a part time job to help out financially in the beginning.

The reaso why i go on mls / Loopnet is that i still work a full time finance job and dont have the time to coldcall do mailers.
