I'm curious, for those of you doing full gut/rehabs, do you still install the olde-timey telephone lines and outlets into the walls?

I'm looking for someone who can assist with a re installation of a sump pump.Thank you.

Normally, when a washer or dryer is installed in an enclosed area, such as in a closet as described in the OP, the installation instructions for those appliances will have some minimum clearances to be maintained around the unit to allow for airflow.

Lots of folks lost jobs with these companies, both on the manufacturing side and the installation and wind power production side.

How long should it take one man to install about 70 feet of metal rain gutter 8' off the ground?

While the issues would be basically the same, I could finance my equity in an installment contract to you where I'm not the owner in title but finance my equity in the deal, that would be seller financing but not owner financing.

In all honesty, it's more common for me to see vacant homes with basement walls needing EXPENSIVE repairs due to poor landscaping and/or improperly installed gutters.In short, I'd say keep your options open regarding vacant slab homes. :)

Anyone who buys this park needs to be prepared to install a package plant or septic at about $600k.
