If you can't get anyone at the association to be responsive you can always ask the listing agent of for sale condos/townhomes.

In my case, I have relatives who are builders (in a different state) but have good connections with subs, etc. and I am spending the time to personally review all proposals (obtaining some on my own as a check), etc. so that I am confident that the cost incurred is appropriate.

Specifically i found that we had to coordinate keys, the seller move out, the closing times, wiring instructions, and various other little details to get the deal done... being this was our first one, it was unclear who communicates all of these as there was obviously no agents or brokers involved.  

Ask a settlement agent for more details about what they would require to delete them.I believe the Enhanced ALTA Homeowner's Policy is not available in Florida because it contains certain affirmative coverages that insure against matters that may occur in the future. 

When an agent send you a video of a property walk through what are key items you are looking out for?

Something like a roku/firestick/smart TV without having to use my own account and risk renters buying movies etc.
