I do not know your tax situation, but I know most tax professionals are fairly busy and normally do not guarantee they will be able to file by the original timeline.

Does anyone know if you can use a cost segregation studies for STR properties that you may have outside the US (and use it against your US W2 income)?

If the one document you got showed a deposit of $1700, then that is what she's owed (minus any cleaning costs or damage that occurred after you bought it (ie you know she did it). 

I don't know MA laws, so generically:1) Do you need any lead paint, bed bug, or sex offender disclosure?
