Propane will be a negative for a sale due to cost to operate but there are many houses with propane in areas of RI so I don't imagine it would be a deal breaker.

I cannot imagine that the tenant would want to go through an eviction immediately after a bankruptcy though, as this would really put them in a bad spot for finding another place to live.
