I can do the first deal cash but that would limit my down payment for the second deal, this is why I was wondering about a bundle deal.  

Not all of the videos are posted on YouTube because I'm experimenting with a couple of different hosting platforms.

What I mean is, fairly loud and have had the police called within the past year for a party they hosted.

I also have a $20 per year (total w/hosting site) for credibility (can also get free one - fairly easy to make VERY simple site - don't really need anything fancy).
