@Dan Handford, I'm actually working with a few syndication groups at present, one is roughly between 30-150 units ($1M-5M) (value add not counting forced appreciation), the other 3 groups are above that (generally $10-25M).

The only way I know of to mitigate it is force a Sunday to Saturday stay only.
