Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and DavieLately, each time I visit I see new high-rise condo buildings being built so I am wondering if there is any risk of too much supply in the next few years.

Supply and demand economics would suggest that condos in South Florida have a higher probability of being profitable.

Since there is a limited supply of these assets, if you can purchase one in a solid location you are set up to see solid appreciation and high rental demand.

Sorry, I should have added that flooring for the most part is going to the store or looking online and ordering the supplies and buying the install from the store and setting a time to let the worker in. 

personally i would let the renter supply their own shower rod -- unless this is a high end rental.

I especially am unsure because I am new to the NJ market and am not sure if the costs drastically change for location/supplies/labor/etc. 

Supply & demand, too many people coming into the note space paying too much, which will cause them to make low gains and hopefully motivate them to find the next shiny object. 

You have Ohio Revised Code working against you anywhere in the state and you have all the water supplied by the Cleveland Division of Water who supplies water to almost every city in the greater Cleveland area.

Nor do we ever supply a tenant with a lawn mower, chain saw or even a snow shovel!  

The idea of going to a Benjamin Moore store or painting supply store isn't a bad idea...
