Hey @Jessica Holwick I found out it would be around $1 a square foot (I think, if I remembered right) and so I figured, for a total replacement with Hardiplank siding and a new paint job it would run me about $12,000.

I have seen units sell for $650 per square foot.

The degree was good enough to get my foot in the door for an interview.

I zillowed it real quick and it looks like 225-250 per sq foot is what single familes are selling for in that area.

Lightbulbs (12 foot ceilings...short tenants)snw is totally the tenants responsibility.

Currently, rehabbing a property that has a cast iron claw foot tub that we need to get rid of.

The utilities run about $100 cheaper per month than our old house that was 1000 sq foot less.Even after the kids are grown and out of the house we will probably still stay here as it would not make sense to move elsewhere in our situation.

I would like to learn as much as I can before I step foot into this and to be able to get input from all different people who are investing.
