Hey @Jessica Holwick I found out it would be around $1 a square foot (I think, if I remembered right) and so I figured, for a total replacement with Hardiplank siding and a new paint job it would run me about $12,000.

The utilities run about $100 cheaper per month than our old house that was 1000 sq foot less.Even after the kids are grown and out of the house we will probably still stay here as it would not make sense to move elsewhere in our situation.
