Exterminators themselves consider the eradication of bed bugs difficult primarily due to their small size and the fact that they only feed on human blood, hence making poisoning their food not an option.

You constantly log into the governments website anxiously wondering where your stimulus check is so that you can pay bills, instead of being financially stable and viewing that check as an opportunity to buy 1200 worth of cheap stocks.I've seen some crazy FIRE bloggers, one actually advocates eating canned dog food because it's a cheap source of protein. 

I still stopped by periodically and would find cigarette butts, left over fast food bags, napkins, etc. in the one property that was up for rent during this time. 

This is not a get rich quick line of work.

I, of course, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad as well as a few other real estate and personal finance related books and soon after I found Bigger Pockets while browsing the web for RE information!

Two weeks ago, I attended three day Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar on REI - have mixed feelings about the whole experience, but it gave me the basics.

If you want to invest in or near fossil-fuel rich areas, consider a longer-term investment.  

When you deal with low income earners in Chicago you deal with nothing but liberal bureaucracy that hates any landlord seen as the "man" holding them down and rich....
