What if.....Question is what is your money doing for oyu right now and do you feel you can make more in real estate than another asset class - that is the question you should be asking yourself not what is going to be this or that as its impossible to time the market.

Then look for software that solves those problems for you.When I first started managing, I needed software that could simplify accounting and track work orders.
