Not so often (at least here) is anyone looking to go with a Class A or B area for flipping anyway- I just say that as it can make sense to get into higher % in some cases but that's very deal by deal based, and not usually a common 'rule')There are a few areas that seem like they're booming right now and I've heard of people getting outbid on deals- which is driving purchase price up (significantly in some cases) which in turn changes the % instantly.

I'm new to wholesaling and I understand the concept of driving for dollars,  mailing out letters or post cards, spending tons of money on postage, or putting up bandit signs.

The president also claimed that maybe (yes, he said maybe without any concrete proof because he said he said how my tenant drives and she always had to go back and forth a few times to get into garage) it was my tenant who hit the garage door and damaged it.

I worked with a real estate professional but I would not recommend them to investors because there was very little drive and communication between us. they were comfortable and not HUNGRY.

How many houses can you drive by in a drive-for-dollars campaign?

This drives me nuts when I would sit in these training sessions and received a lot of this.

I thought housing around a military base would usually have an easy time renting and wanted to capitalize on that but I’m not comfortable with the fact of not being able to get to the property within driving distance.
