So, I can quickly estimate the cost to replace flooring in a house.SImilarly, I know the labor prices for installation of my lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, cabinets, countertops, appliances, roofing, painting, carpentry, etc.

I mean…all the floors need to be replaced and copper is gone…so all new plumbing, electric is a mess…you kind of wonder…what did they do there?
