I run into radiator/ forced air conversions all the time.I call my scraper- he removes all radiators, boilers, supply/return lines, oil/oil tanks for free, then I get my HVAC guy start running duct work--- Some of the boilers I've taken out were the size of a small car- not worth my time to deal with the little bit of scrap $$ in return.Find a good/clean scraper- they are an essential part of the team.

You should be able to get a hearing in 10 days or so (I believe the Court clerk has to set the hearing within that time frame but that may just be my own district court.)

Posting the notice is essentially just a reminder to the tenant that they have to pay or face consequences - you don't need to wait until the end of the notice period to file an eviction, since it will take 3-4 weeks after you file before the court date anyway.
