I am wondering if anyone has an article in their pet policy that prohibits this kind of action and designates certain areas for dogs to go to the bathroom?

It’s part of a bigger process (including a will and docs for you if you need help) and you don’t want to miss a step, so don’t just google this one.

That is quite a nuanced process and is unlikely to work in most scenarios though.

I’m looking for initially maybe 5 books and/or articles that will help to greatly broaden my knowledge on this industry and the investing process.

This is a process that can be done on the internet in a simple manner in most states and there are plenty of  filing services who can complete this task for less than an attorney will charge.
