I see people get denied or turned down EVERY day because they try and use a HELOC for a down payment and it gets denied. 

If this relative is a senior, make sure you don't run afoul of elder abuse laws or medicare claw-back timelines.

I gave a pretty low offer at first which was denied to find out how low they would go.

If they deny you then you will have to take their feedback and look at alternative options.

Otherwise considered a perfect scenario: W-2 income enough to cover the loan (without rental income) for new/primary residence, excellent credit scores, low debt to income, but due to the loss taken on taxes w/multiunit, new loan for a primary denied during underwriting (with several different lenders).

Hi Everyone,I sent a 90 days notice to one of my tenants starting from 11/09/20-02/10/21.But now i now i feel like she is not goona move by then so i contacted a lawyer and he said the notice that i sent is not valid beacuse 90 days has to start from the beginning of the month.He said the judge would deny the notice beacuse it was incorrect.Is it true that i would have to give 3 full months instead of 90 days?

If a jurisdiction tries to deny your ADU project that is legal by CA laws that I referenced, get them involved.
