It is cash flowing and we are debating if we should do the same thing or buy a straight investment property.

Hello,My fellow peers on bigger pockets, I have been debating on an out of state move for the last 4 months.

One area that I would be interested to see debated further (I know it's talked about at length on the forums, but maybe more in the context of retiring early specifically) is the whole free-and-clear property / mortgage debt snowball plan vs. leveraging to grow.
